Barbara T. Ginn Nominated to AAAA Board of Trustees

Tate Healey Webster is proud to announce that Barbara T. Ginn, a seasoned adoption and ART attorney licensed in both Florida and Ohio, has been nominated for the Board of Trustees of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA). AAAA is the leading credentialed organization for family formation law in the United States.

The Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA) is the largest and most respected professional organization of its kind, with nearly 500 members including attorneys, professors, and judges across the United States and abroad. Barbara’s nomination is a reflection of her decades of practice, her leadership in surrogacy and donor agreements, and her deeply personal understanding of adoption. In addition to her adoption and ART-focused legal work, she serves as Co-Chair of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) Committee within AAAA and has long been recognized for her clear, compassionate, and client-centered approach.

Her new role on the Board of Trustees underscores her peers’ recognition of her excellence, judgment, and unwavering commitment to ethical family-building law.

Congratulations to Barbara on this significant and well-deserved honor.
