A double Gator, Kevin earned both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney, where he tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases to verdict, building the foundation of his trial skills and developing a deep respect for due process and justice. He then transitioned into civil litigation, representing homeowners at Merlin Law Group and later advocating on behalf of victims of corporate negligence at Wilkes McHugh.
Now, Kevin serves in a key litigation support role at Tate Healey Webster, where he has handled over 100 termination of parental rights and adoption hearings, providing reliable courtroom representation and guidance throughout the adoption process. His extensive trial background makes him an invaluable resource for complex or contested matters, and his calm, confident demeanor brings reassurance to clients navigating some of the most emotional and life-changing moments of their lives.
