Jeanne is one of the most decorated and respected adoption attorneys in the country. She is board certified in adoption law by The Florida Bar, AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell, and consistently ranked among Florida’s top 10 attorneys by Super Lawyers. Her influence spans from Florida’s courtrooms to Capitol Hill, and her commitment to children, families, and the future of adoption is unmatched.
She founded Jeanne T. Tate, P.A. and is a board-certified adoption attorney at Tate Healey Webster, the largest law firm in Florida dedicated solely to adoption and assisted reproductive technology law. She also founded two adoption agencies—Heart of Adoptions and nonprofit HOAA—and has spent her life ensuring every child has a chance at a loving, permanent home.
