BIG NEWS FOR JACKSONVILLE!

Tate Healey Webster is thrilled to announce that Molly McCarthy has joined our firm and will be leading our Jacksonville office as we continue to expand across Florida!

Molly is a Jacksonville native whose path has been centered on protecting children and strengthening families. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and brings with her a wealth of experience from the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Center for Children’s Rights, the State Attorney’s Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit, and the Guardian ad Litem Program.

Most recently, she practiced as an attorney with Landmark Title, where she sharpened her transactional skills before following her heart back to child advocacy and adoption law.

Molly graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she earned a Certificate in Family Law and served in the Children’s Defense Clinic. She also holds a magna cum laude degree in Sociology from the University of Georgia,
where she was a Leadership Fellow and active in service programs benefiting children.

Her addition marks a tremendous step forward for our firm. Tate Healey Webster is the largest law firm in Florida focusing solely on adoption and assisted reproductive technology law. With Molly’s leadership, we are proud to expand our full presence in Jacksonville.

For families in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Orange Park, Fernandina Beach, Ponte Vedra, and beyond—this means you now have direct access to Florida’s most experienced adoption law firm right here in your own community.

Please join us in welcoming Molly to the Tate Healey Webster team. Her passion for helping children find stability, safety, and love aligns perfectly with our mission, and we know she will make a lasting difference for families across Northeast Florida.
